5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.

• Courses and Digital Products: Non-refundable once purchased.

• Coaching Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats: Subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in individual service contracts.

• No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in the case of verified billing errors.

7. Courses, Digital Products & Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to toolkits, guides, handouts, videos, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive property of Clear Minds In Color LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly share any materials without written permission.
