The coaching relationship is collaborative and goal-oriented but does not establish a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship.
5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All payments are due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Courses and Digital Products: Non-refundable once purchased.
Coaching Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats: Subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in individual service contracts.
No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in the case of verified billing errors.
7. Courses, Digital Products & Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to toolkits, guides, handouts, videos, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive property of Clear Minds In Color LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly share any materials without written permission.
All content is protected by U.S. copyright law, intellectual property law, and international treaties.
